Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep”. Pranayama is a breath work practice. Both of these practices draw our attention inwards where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium (homeostasis) – and we are able to drop into an innate state of deep, blissful relaxation that can lead to sleep.
Workshop will include a Yoga Nidra and Pranayama session as well as a recording of a session to listen to at home. An expansion of how and why Yoga Nidra and Pranayama works to ease anxiety and help insomnia.
