Stress is an epidemic and everyone is experiencing more than they should be.  This is having a chronic toll on their physical and emotional health.  Satveer has dedicated her life to helping people with this challenge.

Satveer is an international Trauma informed holistic therapist and yoga teacher who specialises in anxiety, depression and stress management.  Her workshops are specifically designed to reset the nervous system!

Satveer will guide you through this powerful workshop to deeply relax mind body and spirit.  The first hour consists of Deep relaxing yoga practice to activate parasympathetic nervous system followed by a deep Kundalini meditation.

This meditation has been proven (study published in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease) to improved brain functioning by increasing connectivity, improving memory and boosting mood.

Studies show, for example, that regular practice of this meditation can improve mood, decrease anxiety, stress, blood pressure, heart rate, and cortisol levels, as well as decrease insomnia.

After the mediation, Satveer will guide you into a deep state of relaxation, relaxing mind, body and spirit!

In this deeply relaxation workshop, Satveer will guide you through a deeply relaxing therapeutic yoga practice to calm and soothe the nervous system. Therapeutic yoga is the process of encouraging improved health and wellbeing through the teachings and practices of yoga.

Therapeutic yoga is defined as the application of yoga postures and practice to the treatment of health conditions and involves instruction in yogic practices and teachings to prevent reduce or alleviate structural, physiological, emotional and spiritual pain, suffering or limitations.

This practice encourages Release of habitual levels of stress anxiety, depression and trapped emotions.
