Dear Members,

Our daily lives have temporarily changed in so many ways. In response, so have we.

We are pleased to announce that starting Wednesday, April 1, Saw Mill Club will be offering  a series of LIVE STREAMING Group Exercise and Yoga Classes for all members to enjoy at home.  Classes will be streamed on Zoom and are free for members.  So whether you are a regular class attendee or have never taken a Group Exercise or Yoga class, this is a great way to get moving and feel better!  Our Group Exercise and Yoga Directors have joined forces to create wonderful and balanced programming for everyone to enjoy.
The class schedule and links are at the end of this letter.

To attend a class, choose from the following options:
Option A

  1. Visit and download the Zoom Application on your smartphone, tablet or computer.
  2. Click the link for the class you want to attend from the schedule below.The schedule is also on the Group Exercise page of the Saw Mill Club Website.
  3. If prompted, select OPEN ZOOM

Option B

  1. Visit to download the Zoom Application on your smartphone, tablet or computer.
  2. Open Zoom and click JOIN MEETING.
  3. Enter or Copy/Paste the Meeting ID for the class you want to attend.
  4. If prompted, select OPEN ZOOM

Here are a few helpful tips for those not accustomed to using Zoom:

  • Please give yourself a little extra time the first time you get set up and log in.
  • Log in 5 minutes before class start time and use video and internet audio, if given an option.
  • Please do not be deterred if this process does not work perfectly the first time you try. It gets easier. If you continue to experience issues please email ??? and we will offer assistance.
