Nicole Pisano, LMT is a graduate of the Healing Hands Institute for Massage Therapy and is a member of the AMTA.
Nicole is available Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Lori Jorgensen, LMT is a graduate of the Swedish Institute and has been practicing massage therapy for over 25 years. The seed of her passion for massage was initiated by becoming a recipient of deep tissue work during her collegiate running career. It propelled her running titles to national rank honors and an Olympic trials finalist in the women’s marathon in 1988. She is committed and excited to share her knowledge and style of massage techniques with her clients.
Lori is available Tuesdays and Fridays.
Karin Ruiz, LMT is a graduate of the Swedish Institute and a member of the AMTA. She specializes in Sports Massage, Integrative Rehabilitation Protocols, CranioSacral Therapy and Shiatsu. With an athletic background in competitive swimming, she has a deep routed passion for all kinds of water sports, in particular surfing and scuba diving.
Karin is Available Alternate Saturdays.
Kara Vilchek, LMT is a graduate of the Finger Lakes School of Massage and a Certified Traditional Thai Therapist of the Sunshine School of Massage in Chiang Mai Thailand. Her passion for helping and healing others drives her to continue to deliver massage with a passion. Kara is trained in Swedish, deep tissue, Shiatsu, Thai, Reiki and pregnancy massage.
Kara is available Fridays and alternate Sundays.

Tibor Kadar, LMT
Tibor is a graduate of the Hungarian Massage Therapist Institute and Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy Westport CT. He started his career in Budapest, Hungary and continued in the U.S. after relocating to NY. His experiences include working with athletes from different sports, helping people to recover and rehabilitate from injuries, surgeries. He has been working closely with a chiropractor and a physical therapist in patient’s pain management and recovery.
Tibor specializes in several techniques, Swedish massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Release. He constantly studies to gain new skills and knowledge.
Tibor is available Thursdays, Saturdays and alternating Sunday’s.

Toni Marie Alfonsini
Toni is a graduate from Finger Lakes School of massage in Mt. Kisco. She has a passion to help heal others and is very attentive to each clients needs. Her techniques go beyond Swedish and Deep Tissue including sports massage and trigger point therapy. These techniques release chronic patters of tension in body breaking down adhesion from body’s connective tissue.
Toni is available Mondays and Thursdays.
