According to Traditional Chinese Medicine each season brings it’s own energetic quality. Autumn identifies with the metal element, which cultivates the movement of letting go and enriching ourselves, by pulling inward and finding meaning.

In this two hour workshop students will engage in a Yin series specifically related to the season of Autumn and the element of Metal. Asanas will focus on stimulating the lung and large intestine meridians helping to strengthen respiratory function, improve digestive health and increase overall immunity.

Mindfulness Workshops for Tweens & Teens

Research shows that yoga benefits adolescents physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and increases their focus and concentration at school allowing them to work to their full potential!
In this workshop, Satveer will educate teens on the importance of emotional well being. She will teach strategies of coping with stress, releasing negative emotions, and the benefits of a regular yoga and meditation practice.

The root of lower back issues is often in postural alignment, how we sit and stand effects all our movement.
