Whether you are an athlete, yogi, or aspiring mover, you need the largest joints of the body to be mobile and happy! In this class, master mover and physical therapist Lara Heimann, will lead you through fun-ctional sequences that will help your hip joints feel freer so that you move with more ease and zip!
Open to all movers and yogis, this class is moderate-challenging.
