Research shows that yoga benefits adolescents physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and increases their focus and concentration at school allowing them to work to their full potential!
In this workshop, Satveer will educate teens on the importance of emotional well being. She will teach strategies of coping with stress, releasing negative emotions, and the benefits of a regular yoga and meditation practice.
