Pregnancy requires a special focus on safety just as postnatal bodies need to regain strength and energy that may have been lost during pregnancy.
Build community and maintain friendships made during this special time.

Classes also address common issues and concerns that may arise in this new chapter of life.

Your Child’s Musical Journey Begins Here!

In this group class your child will be provided with an age appropriate guitar to use as he/she will learn the fundamentals of the guitar. Some of these skills include:

  • Learn the “Best Ready Position”
  • Enjoy music notation projects
  • Learn to identify different musical notes and rhythms
  • Begin to learn several children’s songs
  • Gain exposure to many styles of world music
  • Participate in a recital for their parents at the end of the 8 week term

Holiday Break Mini-Camp for your kids!


Wondering what to do with your child over Holiday Break?

Enroll your child in the Holiday Break Mini Camp!

A great place for children to spend their time during school breaks. Children are supervised throughout the day by one of our dedicated staff.  There will be recreational tennis and swimming for school age children only. Children can order their lunches through the restaurant or pack a lunch. Registration is required.

Pre-School: 3–5 years old

School age: 6–12 years old

Time: 9:00am – 3:00pm

Activities include:
  • Games
  • Arts & crafts
  • Tennis
  • Yoga
  • Zumba®
  • Sports
  • Swimming
