Stretch Yourself.

Saw Mill Club Yoga brings out your best.
Breathe. Relax. Rejuvenate.

Practice Makes Perfect
Why do so many members credit Yoga practice with enhancing their lives? It’s because Yoga improves a person where they need it most.

For some, this means eliminating aches and pains. For others, it’s about improving athletic performance or mental concentration and focus.

Strong Mind. Healthy Body.
Yoga allows you to get still and centered. It removes tension from your body. It quiets your mind and frees your natural energy.

When your mind and body are in sync healthy things happen. Your posture improves. Your mood gets better. Your mind is sharper. Your immune system strengthens. Happiness follows…

Karen has worked in a variety of medical specialties including Psychiatry, Transplantation and Oncology which helps her bring a special awareness of the needs of all kinds of survivors.

“As a registered nurse and twice cancer survivor, I realize the importance of reducing stress for overall good health and healing. This is why I believe in the subtle power of Yoga, which I’ve experienced to be the most natural activity in empowering the mind, body and spirit to aid in recovery and the maintenance of well-being.” – Karen Yat

Karen’s class, Yoga Simply, begins  at 4pm in the Yoga Studio.

We hope to see you there!
