Instructor Jane Beltz Comes to Saw Mill Club Yoga
Jane began her yoga career over 20 years ago at the Iyengar Institute in San Francisco.Jane’s unique classes combine elements of all the yoga disciplines she has studied throughout the years. Throughout her career, Jane has taught classes in Washington D.C., New York City, and the East End of Long Island.

Introducing Golden Yoga!
As we grow older, muscles and joints can tighten causing discomfort and anxiety over physical well-being. While aging may be inevitable, feeling your age does not have to be! Stretching, deep breathing and relaxation techniques can help you to remain healthy and active. This class will be composed of easy to follow yoga sequences that will focus on breath awareness, flexibility, balance and well being in a fully supported environment. Blocks, blankets, and chairs will be used to modify traditional yoga postures to facilitate the participation of all ages and fitness levels.
