Tennis Court Reservation & Sign-Up Procedure Fall & Winter
Effective as of September 10, 2007

Advance Reservation Courts:
Courts can be reserved up to six days in advance of play. For example, you can call on Monday to reserve through Sunday or call Tuesday to play on Monday, and so on.

Advance reservations are subject to a charge of $18 per court for an hour of play.
$26 for an hour and a half.

Each adult member is entitled to two advance reservations in any 6-day period.
Each couple is entitled to two advance reservations in any 6-day period.

As soon as your reservation is played off, you may sign up for another reservation
up to 6 days ahead.

Reservations may not be transferred or made in another member’s name.

You or a member of your family must be on court during your reservation period.

Play is limited to 1½ hours. No one may play back to back singles.

Student members may book courts one day in advance. Students and Juniors may
play on courts reserved by adults.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for courts. Courts cancelled after this time will be put up for sale. If your court sells, there is no charge to you. In the event that it does not sell you will be subject to a late cancellation fee of the court’s value.

Two Hour Reservation/Walk-Ons:
There is a $12 per hour, $16 per hour-and-a half charge for courts reserved within 2 hours of time play time, or for any walk-on tennis courts.

No Shows:
If you have a reserved court, be sure to confirm your court assignment. You must get your reservation checked off by the Front Desk when you come to use the court. You can be checked off as you come into the club or call from any of the in-house phones. There is also a phone in the bubbles. The extensions for the Front Desk are 3002 and 0. If you fail to get checked off, we must assume you are a “no show”. The “no show” charge for an hour is $18, the charge for 1½ hours is $26.

Vacant Courts:
Any reserved court that remains vacant fifteen minutes after the starting time becomes an open court for walk-on play.
