Junior Quick Start Tennis Lessons
1.0-Level 2.0 Ages 7-10
Our Goal is to provide a solid foundation of tennis fundamentals in a challenging and fun environment.
Forehands, Backhands, Serves, Volley, how to keep score and Tennis Etiquette will be will be covered.
Junior Lesson Program Fall 2010
The Fall Session runs for 14 weeks: Monday, September 13–Friday, December 17
Our Goal is to provide a solid foundation of tennis fundamentals in a challenging and fun environment.
We will cover the following:
- Forehands
- Backhands
- Serves
- Volley
- how to keep score
- Tennis Etiquette
Note: Spaces are limited. Early Registration is recommended.
Tournament Junior Training
Fall Session 2010 will run for 14 weeks:
Wednesday September 15–December 18
The Tournament Training Team is a top competitive program in the area for juniors. The goal is to provide an intensive program for the aspiring junior player who has committed to developing their skills for tournament play. Attendance and participation in the tournaments is required.
Evaluations are required for those who have not previously participated in the Junior Lessons and Tournament Training Team Programs.
Competitive Junior Tournament Training
Fall Session 2010 will run for 14 weeks:
The foundation of this program is based on developing five crucial areas of competitive tennis: one-on-one coaching, drilling with other competitive players, supervised match play, visual feedback and off court training.
The S.P.E.E.D. Program(optional) incorporates cutting edge training techniques, such as the agility/speed ladder, multi-directional cone running, plyometrics, jump rope, balance training, and dynamic functional flexibility. This Program also includes a video taping at the end of the session. Participants will receive a DVD of their game.
