From tots to teens, Saw Mill Club offers numerous classes to keep your children in the swing of things.

You’ll be amazed at how quickly they take to tennis. Before you know it they will be smashing, slicing, and lobbing like a pro!


Junior Quick Start Tennis Lessons
Print Registration
The Fall Session runs for 15 weeks:
Wednesday, September 10–Wednesday December 23
Thursday is 14 weeks. No classes on November 27, Thanksgiving Day

Level 1.0-2.5 JNTRP • Ages 7-10

Our Goal is to provide a solid foundation of tennis fundamentals in a challenging and fun environment. Forehands, Backhands, Serves, Volley, how to keep score and Tennis Etiquette will be will be covered

Level I.0
This student is just starting to play tennis. These 1-hour classes have a 1:5 pro-student ratio. (For Boys and Girls - Ages 7 and 8.)

Level I.5
This student has a limited amount of tennis experience or tennis lessons. They are still working on getting the ball over the net. These 1-hour classes have a 1:5 pro-student ratio. (For Boys and Girls - Ages 8 and 9)

Level 2.0
This student can hit the ball over the net with some success. Needs to develop on court experience. These 1-hour classes have a 1:5 pro-student ratio. (For Boys and Girls - Ages 9 and 10)

Level 2.5
This student can rally with players of equal ability, but has difficulty in getting to the ball. Evaluations are required for this level. (For Boys and Girls - Ages 10 - 12)

Competitive Junior Tennis Program
Level 3.0-5.0 JNTRP • Ages 8-17 (Evaluation Required) Print Registration Form

Unlike any other top level program, the foundation of this program is based on developing the five crucial areas of competitive tennis: one-on-one coaching, drilling with other competitive players, supervised match play, visual feedback and off court training.

The S.P.E.E.D. Program (optional and not included in the price) incorporates cutting edge training techniques, such as the agility/speed ladder, multi-directional cone running, plyometrics, jump rope, balance training, and dynamic functional flexibility
Requirements: Evaluation needed to sign up for this program.

Tot Quick Start Tennis Lessons Print Registration

TOT I & II
These fun-filled classes are for ages 4-5 and introduce the student to tennis in a FUN way helping to develop balance, coordination and concentration with tennis related games and contests. Small racquets and soft balls are used.

TOT III
This class is for 5-6 year olds. This one hour advanced class focuses on developing tennis skills and concentrate on rallying, simple methods of starting a point (either throwing or serving), learning how to play points and keep score.

Tournament Training Print Registration
The Tournament Training Team is a top competitive program in the area for juniors. The goal is to provide an intensive program for the aspiring junior player who has committed to developing their skills for tournament play. Attendance and participation in the tournaments is required.

Evaluations are required for those who have not previously participated in the Junior Lessons and Tournament Training Team Programs.

Competitive Tournament Training
