Here are a couple of Small Group Training programs running this Fall 2009 at Saw Mill Club


pee wee P.EA structured lunch and Physical Education program for 3, 4 and 5 year olds

Pee Wee P.E. is designed to help preschoolers develop better movement skills through interactive games. Each week will focus on a different skill set, such as balance, jumping and landing, spatial awareness and more! The program will include 30 minutes of lunch in the preschool followed by 45 minutes of P.E. in the Big Gym.

Pee Wee P.E. will be taught by Personal Trainer Debby Rosenberg, mother of twins and former preschool camp counselor.

Bod Squad

Bod-Squad4 weeks to super shape for teen girls!!

Get in shape while having a blast working out with a small group of girls your age. We’ll focus on full body strength and toning exercises while keeping your heart rate up! You’ll also learn how to fuel your body properly through targeted nutrition information presented by a Registered Dietitian.

Join Premier Personal Trainer, Jennie Hendricks and Master Personal Trainer, Amy Peck, also a nutrition professional specializing in adolescent girls.

Open to all girls 13–18 years old

Groups will meet:

Tuesday and Thursday 4:30–5:30PM

Sessions begin September 29

Four Week Program (8 Sessions)

Sessions run every 4 weeks
