Holistic Med Spa and Laser was founded on the concept that beauty is not only skin deep. Allyson Lovitch, New York State licensed medical aesthetician and 10 year veteran in the medspa field joined forces with Dr. Michael Wald, a pioneer in the holistic approach to wellness in the Fall of 2007. They modeled their concept around being able to treat the skin from the inside as well as the outside, bringing a complete “Holistic” approach to the body and beauty.

In the Fall of 2008, Holistic opened it’s doors and found that in a tough economy, it IS possible for a new businesses to survive. The spa offers many services such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasions, thermage (skin tightening), laser hair removal, botox, raidiesse, restylane, and photo facials. All consultations are complementary and every new patient may enjoy a complimentary peel, micro, or mini facial of their choice. Dr. Nilay Shah joined the staff in the summer of 2008 and became Holistic’s medical director. Dr. Shah has over 10 years experience working with botox and fillers and is our on-site treating physician.  Lead aesthetician Phyllis DeFreese has administered thousands of treatments and has been in the medspa field for over 8 years. Her commitment to her clientele has recently earned her 2009′s Best Of Westchester, Best Organic Facial! In a time when medspa’s are popping up randomly all over, spa manager Allyson Lovitch is proud to use her many years of experience to give her patients honest advice and to be able to treat everyone with the utmost integrity.
