Jen is a NASM certified personal trainer, AFFA certified group exercise instructor, Spinning instructor, and a lifelong fitness enthusiast. She has been motivating and teaching clients through group fitness classes and personal training since 2003. Jen is committed to helping people achieve their fitness goals in a fun, supportive environment.
Jen is also a teacher in the Pleasantville school district and mom to Kaeleigh and Kieran. In her free time, Jen loves to go for long runs, and be outside with her family.
