Our certified personal trainers will help you achieve your goals whether you want to learn the basic functions of the equipment, take advantage of the TECHNOGYM® System’s (TGS) technological capabilities, build an exercise program for success, or help you to build a structured program progression.

Self Guided

TECHNOGYM® System(TGS): Saw Mill Club supplies the technology and tools

Saw Mill Club Members will take advantage of the TGS including the Kiosk functions, website and links, and lecture series

Offers semi-private tutorials daily to get acquainted with the basic functions of the TechnoGym equipment

Offers Semi-Private lessons daily to get set up with the TGS key, set up a program which allows you to be self-sufficient in your exercise pursuit.
