Our certified personal trainers will help you achieve your goals whether you want to learn the basic functions of the equipment, take advantage of the TECHNOGYM® System’s (TGS) technological capabilities, build an exercise program for success, or help you to build a structured program progression.

Saw Mill Club’s goal -indeed our reason for being- is to encourage all members to develop a successful habit of exercise and work toward completion of personal goals.

Self Guided

  • TECHNOGYM® System(TGS): Saw Mill Club supplies the technology and tools
  • Saw Mill Club Members will take advantage of the TGS including the Kiosk functions, website and links, and lecture series
  • Offers semi-private tutorials daily to get acquainted with the basic functions of the TechnoGym equipment
  • Offers Semi-Private lessons daily to get set up with the TGS key, set up a program which allows you to be self-sufficient in your exercise pursuit.

Jumpstart:  1 Hour Workout Session

  • Individualized exercise prescription on the TGS
  • Proper seat adjustments for safe and efficient exercise
  • Automated Program increases
  • Ability to manage the system yourself
  • Ability to add exercises not on the TGS

Personal Coaching

  • Trainers set specific goals and objectives for your fitness plan
  • Weekly monitoring of workout results to assist exercise compliance
  • On-going adjustments to the original exercise prescription when applicable
  • Weekly communication via e-mail and the TGS
  • Expandable options into nutrition, weight management, and disease prevention
  • Specific “hands-on” or applied program instruction encouraged on occasion or when applicable.

Small Group Tutorials - 1 Hour

  • Personal training experience in a small group setting
  • 6 -Week programs
  • Drop by the fitness center to pick up a schedule
  • Maximum of 5 participants and a minimum of 3 participants per class
  • A “learn by doing” approach to using the TGS system

  • Sport specific tutorials such as tennis, golf, swimming, and skiing
  • Functional training tutorials
