Chest Openers and Back Bending Workshop
Saw Mill Club Studio C: * All Levels Welcome * Limited to 30 students
In this all-levels 2 hour workshop we will explore how to move beyond “samskaras” or patterns of physical and emotional tension within the body . With breath centered introspection, students will use the wall and other props to safely open and release areas of tension in the chest and front body. With the openness of the front body we will explore how to safely approach backbending to open the entire spine and rejuvenate the nervous system.
