Get The Right Start

You Start By Seeing Fitness In A Whole New Way.
Your Wellness Quotient is determined by a comprehensive assessment of 22 health and fitness factors. It uncovers your risks, quantifies your strengths and helps you develop a precision fitness plan. The results can be eye-opening and empowering. Learn more about your Wellness Quotient.
You Are Measured For Success.
You will be taken through a series of physical assessments to determine your present fitness level, identify any pre-existing medical conditions, establish your fitness goals, and design an exercise program based on these results. The assessment consists of:
• Review of your medical history
• Resting blood pressure and heart rate
• Body composition analysis
• Cardiovascular endurance test
• Muscular endurance
• Strength testing
• Flexibility
• Neuromuscular assessment
You Learn How To Do It.
During your second session, spend the hour learning the equipment and programs that can help you get results. Resistance training on our Free Motion equipment, personal coaching, flexibility, medical exercise services, weight management, cardio programming, and sport specific training. Our industry leading staff will focus on what is personally best for your exercise success.
You Get Programmed.
Our certified staff will use the results from your first appointment to write an individualized exercise prescription on the TechnoGym Smart Key System. You will be given hands on instruction of the TechnoGym equipment to ensure proper form and technique. During this session you will receive your TechnoGym key for exercise success. This session includes:
• Introduction to the TechnoGym Kiosk functions and capabilities
• Proper seat adjustments for safe and efficient exercise
• Ability to manage the system yourself
• Ability to add exercises not on the TechnoGym System
Teen Tour & Orientation: 14 - 17 years old
Our new member teenagers will receive two sessions including a modified exercise evaluation, which is age specific, and either the key session or the exercise initiation determined by our staff. During these two one-hour sessions, our certified staff will find out your teen’s goals and discuss any orthopedic limitations (for example, any current or previous joint or muscle problem).
Hands-on instruction for proper biomechanics, breathing technique, and stretching techniques will be emphasized. In addition, proper nutrition, sport-specific exercises, functional training, and plyometrics can be discussed and implemented depending on your teen’s interests and goals.
