Have you tried Acupuncture & Oriental medicine?
Acupuncture is one aspect of Oriental Medicine. It involves the insertion of fine needles into specific points on the body to access and regulate the body’s Qi (vital energy) in order to promote healing and wellness.
Other modalities in the scope of Oriental Medicine are:
Cupping – a therapeutic method of increasing circulation and removing toxins from the body by applications of glass suction cups to areas of pain and discomfort.
Tui-na – a “push and pull” type of massage performed along acupuncture points and meridians used to address specific ailments as well as to loosen stiff muscles and joints. Tui-na is a ‘needle-less’ acupuncture type treatment.
Qi-Healing – like Reiki, is a form of therapy based on universal laws of nature that recognize energy fields in and around us. The Qi-Healer influences energy fields in the patient’s body to overcome imbalances and promote health and wellbeing.
Herbology – the practice of combining medicinal herbs for the treatment of disease and enhancement of the normal constitution. Herbal formulas are custom-prepared for each individual based on their unique Oriental Medicine diagnosis.
