We’ll review your current fitness plan, and assess what’s working and what we can help you improve. You’ll have a chance to ask questions and pick our brains about ways to improve your fitness results. And if it makes sense, you can learn more about scheduling a trainer to work with you one-on-one, with a partner or in a small group.

Saw Mill Club’s goal -indeed our reason for being- is to encourage all members to develop a successful habit of exercise and work toward completion of personal goals. That empowerment can be achieved in a variety of ways…

Personal/ Partner Coaching- 1 Hour or 30 Minute session
  • Trainers set specific objectives for your fitness plan based on your goals
  • Weekly monitoring of workout results to assist exercise compliance
  • On-going adjustments to the original exercise prescription when applicable
  • Expandable options into nutrition, weight management, and disease prevention
  • Specific “hands-on” or applied program instruction encouraged on occasion or when applicable.
Small Group Training – 1 Hour session
  • 6 -Week programs
  • Utilizes the power of friendly competition and camaraderie for maximum compliance and accountability
  • Maximum of 5 participants and a minimum of 3 participants per group
  • Sport specific tutorials such as tennis, golf, swimming, and skiing
  • Functional training tutorials
  • Marathon training tutorials
