SMC Lecture Series: Managing Stress

Managing Stress in Extremely Stressful Times with Anne Quinn

Held at Saw Mill Club, Mount Kisco, NY in the Big Gym
September 25, 2008
9:30am-3:30pm
$59 Tuition Includes Lunch

Many Americans live with TOXIC levels of stress on a daily basis. Often, we hit the ground moving in the morning and we don’t stop until we collapse in a chair at night. It can feel as though our lives have become one endless “to do” list ? Filled with
“should’s, must’s and ought to’s.”

We will look closely at the relationship between stress and illness and how learning to manage our stress today can actually prevent us from becoming ill in the future.

This workshop will provide techniques, skills and tools to help us move more peacefully and easily through our day regardless of what is going on around us, so that we can be present for the people we care about and the things we truly enjoy doing.
